Happy PFF. Don't quite understand this one - she must have spilled her sewing box and something rolled under the chest. Odd little postcard but the kind I am drawn to.
Bertha's message to C.W. is short and to the point. Wonder what it all means. Drop by Beth's blog at

Who's pushing whose button? :)
ReplyDeleteI'm with Dorincard ... button pushing going on here! Happy PFF!
ReplyDeleteThe title is the name of a children's game.
ReplyDeleteI remember repeating that as a child - but don't recall playing that game. Hope he finds more than dust and an old mouse under there.
ReplyDeleteNo I don't know the game either; but I do remember my mother's button box which you searched through when when one was lost off clothing, to see if you could find one that matched.
ReplyDeleteThe man's collar is not secured, so he is probably looking for his collar button. The old starched collars that popped when the button came off.
ReplyDeleteLove it- funny.
Tete
I often fail to understand the "funny" postcards from this time period. It's interesting how humor changes.
